It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending)

Manuscripts should be submitted as a single PDF(Full papers: 12 Pages, Short Papers: 6 pages), following LNAI format through EDAS at https://edas.info/N30970
